1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SteadyFlow's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SteadyFlow provides website development, optimization, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate project agreement for each engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply necessary content, images, and assets in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to all materials provided to us

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Balance is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. PageSpeed Guarantee

We guarantee a 98+ PageSpeed score for websites we build. If we fail to deliver this score:

  • We will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost
  • If unable to resolve, you may request a full refund
  • This guarantee applies to our code only, not third-party services

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain rights to use anonymized examples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions

Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our hourly rate.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic increases, or revenue growth.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
